• Ensuring HR systems continue to deliver value through continuous automation.
• Processing fully automated payroll across the UK and potentially in Ireland, Germany, and the US.
• Supporting performance, employee relations, development and engagement with managers.
• Managing apprenticeship programmes including funding and progress monitoring.
• Working closely with the People Director to deliver people strategies that support growth and ambition.
