About the role
- Own the full sales cycle for inbound trial users, from initial contact to conversion, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
- Engage trial customers via calls and emails to understand their business needs and demonstrate how Pipedrive delivers value
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations to showcase Pipedrive solutions and guide users toward purchasing decisions
- Track and manage customer interactions in Pipedrive, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth deal progression
- Support trial users through the decision-making process, addressing questions and overcoming objections to drive conversions
- Draft quotes, send proposals, and guide customers through payments and contract completion
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders throughout the sales journey, including legal, solutions engineering, and internal teams
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to optimize lead distribution across designated markets
- Support the Sales Team Lead with strategic initiatives and process improvements
- Stay up to date with Pipedrive features and sales strategies to provide customers with the most effective solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle sales experience as an Account Executive
- Proficient in Pipedrive CRM with a strong understanding of sales processes
- Experience in SaaS sales
- Knowledge of diverse industries, including startups, real estate, fintech, and consulting
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening, effective questioning, and relationship-building
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring seamless follow-ups and accurate documentation
- Ability to navigate challenges while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Goal-oriented mindset with a competitive drive, focused on achieving targets and collaborating with the team to optimize sales efforts
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience with AI tools is a plus
