About the role

  • You will be our first dedicated marketing hire and actively shape the entire go-to-market process.
  • From strategy to operational execution, you are responsible for the full marketing funnel — with a focus on Growth, Demand Generation and funnel optimization.
  • Design and execute targeted growth campaigns.
  • Build and optimize funnel structures (e.g., landing pages, email flows, paid social).
  • Test and iterate on performance-based initiatives to generate MQLs.
  • Collaborate with Sales/SDR to provide targeted content and campaign support.
  • Own KPIs across the customer journey (CAC, CPL, MQLs, SQLs).
  • Provide strategic sparring with founders and, when needed, external agencies.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in SaaS marketing (ideally in early-stage startups or scale-ups).
  • Understanding of technical target audiences (e.g., field service, infrastructure).
  • Hands-on mentality with a high degree of ownership.
  • Experience building and scaling growth marketing processes.
