About the role
- You will be our first dedicated marketing hire and actively shape the entire go-to-market process.
- From strategy to operational execution, you are responsible for the full marketing funnel — with a focus on Growth, Demand Generation and funnel optimization.
- Design and execute targeted growth campaigns.
- Build and optimize funnel structures (e.g., landing pages, email flows, paid social).
- Test and iterate on performance-based initiatives to generate MQLs.
- Collaborate with Sales/SDR to provide targeted content and campaign support.
- Own KPIs across the customer journey (CAC, CPL, MQLs, SQLs).
- Provide strategic sparring with founders and, when needed, external agencies.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in SaaS marketing (ideally in early-stage startups or scale-ups).
- Understanding of technical target audiences (e.g., field service, infrastructure).
- Hands-on mentality with a high degree of ownership.
- Experience building and scaling growth marketing processes.
