About the role

  • Conduct recruitment and selection processes for outsourced professionals, from profile alignment to final approval.
  • Use AI-powered tools (ATS with AI features, smart filters, automations, and resume-analysis support) to optimize the selection process.
  • Screen resumes and conduct competency-based interviews.
  • Maintain an updated, structured talent pool, using AI to reuse candidates and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Partner with operational areas to understand requirements, volumes, and deadlines.
  • Track basic R&S metrics (time-to-fill, SLA, approval rate).
  • Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI, following internal guidelines and LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience hiring outsourced professionals.
  • Experience working in platform companies or large-scale operations, such as Uber, iFood, Rappi, or similar.
  • Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in high-demand environments.
  • Practical knowledge of AI applied to recruitment and selection (assisted screening, resume organization, automations, and analysis support).
  • Familiarity with ATS and digital recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, agility, and ability to handle multiple demands.
