About the role
- Support every aspect of the employee life cycle—preparing HR documentation, conducting pre-employment screenings.
- Managing HR and office trackers.
- Processing new hires and job changes in the HRIS system.
- Maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Experience with administering and maintaining records in an HR system (ideally ADP and/or Workday).
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Understanding of legal requirements related to HR administration and office coordination.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
