• Manage day-to-day communications and content distribution across social platforms
• Develop and execute social media strategies that support audience growth and engagement
• Coordinate with podcast editors, designers, and creative partners to ensure timely content delivery
• Repurpose podcast, editorial, and community content into platform-specific formats
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications and visual assets
• Collaborate with editorial and leadership teams on content planning and campaign execution
• Support the launch and promotion of podcast episodes, articles, events, and community initiatives
• Monitor content performance via analytics and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
• Contribute to content calendars, distribution plans, and audience engagement strategies

• Add and remove users across services during onboarding and offboarding
• Manage access in GitHub, Google Workspace, DigitalOcean, Cloudflare, and other services

• Set up repositories, GitHub Actions, environment variables, deployment, domains, SSL, and basic infrastructure

• Own growth marketing across Pink Elephant’s mobile-first products
• Build and scale the organic and performance engines that turn install volume into paying, retained users
• Own App Store Optimization end-to-end: keyword strategy, creative testing, conversion rate optimization, and localization across markets
• Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and emerging mobile ad networks
• Own lifecycle marketing (push, in-app messaging, email) to drive activation, retention, and subscription conversion/renewal
• Build and lead a lean growth marketing team, including in-house specialists and performance/creative agencies or freelancers
• Report growth performance and forecasts directly to executive leadership
