About the role
- Oversee the capture efforts for PingWind Department of War (DoW) pursuits.
- Develop and lead the development and execution of winning strategies for complex and competitive opportunities within the federal market.
- Oversee all assigned capture efforts and drive opportunities through the corporate gate review processes.
- Participate in milestone reviews and provide meaningful suggestions for enhancements of capture strategies.
- Develop thorough capture plans and drive the overall foundation for compelling win strategies, price to win, technical, and management approaches.
Requirements
- Growth-minded individual with a minimum of 10 years’ experience with demonstrated success leading captures.
- Familiarity with the Huntsville market and Golden Dome initatives
- Familiarity with DoW agencies and a proven track record of winning DoW work.
- Experience winning large scale programs over $50M in the federal government.
- Record of success pursuing multiple award vehicles (GWAC/MAC/BIC) valued greater than $500M.
- Demonstrated successes reflecting the ability to grow the business.
- Familiarity and experience managing the pipeline and utilizing CRM tools and Capture Plans.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior business and government personnel and to provide leadership within the workplace.
- Experience with competitive analysis and price to win discussions.
- Experience developing account plans and capture plans for new business opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a technical degree.
