US-based company seeking trained professionals based in the Philippines to work as Multimedia Virtual Assistants (MVAs) for small US businesses.
Help clients improve workflow, save time, and remove the burden of editing and producing digital content.
Digital Marketing: create strategies aligning to business objectives; develop and oversee marketing initiatives; execute Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads; optimize conversion rates; create content.
Social Media Management: create strategies to increase reach and awareness; plan and schedule content calendars; engage with audience and respond to comments/messages/inquiries.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): conduct keyword research; improve page visibility via meta titles/descriptions and website content; analyze KPIs and develop strategies to improve rankings.
Photo and Video Editing: edit photos and videos to ensure visually appealing marketing materials.
Audio Editing: enhance and edit audio content for clarity and seamless viewer experience.
Graphic Design: create designs for print, digital, social media, and promotional materials while maintaining consistent visual identity.
Other multimedia skills: motion graphics, 2D/3D modeling, digital illustration, and voiceovers.
Web Design: create visually appealing, user-friendly websites and improve interface through testing and feedback.
Web Development: build websites (front-end/back-end), design databases, and optimize performance through QA and testing.
Administrative/Adhoc Tasks: coordinate and communicate with clients and stakeholders; task management, email and phone management, documentation, and other ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
At least High School Graduate
At least 1 year of relevant professional/freelancing experience
You can speak and write well in English
You can connect with a variety of people and build rapport
Be able to communicate effectively with US-based clients via chat, phone, or video calls.
Proficiency in any of the following creative/multimedia tools: Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Avid, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, Procreate, 3Ds Max, Maya, Z-Brush, Adobe Audition, Pro-Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Reason, FL Studio, etc
Proficiency in MetaBusiness Suite and social media management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, HubSpot, SocialPilot and Loomly, etc.
Must be a Philippine citizen only.
Must reside in the Philippines.
System Requirements (Windows/macOS): minimum and recommended OS, CPU, memory, storage, and internet specifications as listed in job posting.
Peripherals: High quality headset with microphone and HD webcam (720p or 1080p).
