• Spend up to 22 hours/week responding to requests for legal help from victims
• Cover one 2.5-3 hour call center shift per week
• Conduct client interviews, eligibility screening, and contemporaneous computerized data entry
• Provide legal information and referrals to clients
• Work with colleagues to prioritize and document cases
• Provide legal assistance under attorney supervision, including client counseling and litigation support
• Assist with office duties and maintain office resources
