Lead strategy, growth, and delivery quality for NetSuite implementation services
Maintain full P&L responsibility including investment planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Drive growth through specialized service offerings related to manufacturing operations
Define and standardize implementation methodologies, templates, and accelerators
Serve as the primary subject matter expert for strategic sales opportunities
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive new business
Author Statements of Work (SOWs) and present pricing proposals
Expand relationships with existing clients through optimization services and add-on offerings
Oversee complex, full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations across multiple industries
Ensure quality assurance for key manufacturing configurations (e.g., multi-level BOMs)
Act as the final escalation point for client satisfaction and technical delivery issues
Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of functional consultants

Requirements

10+ years of ERP/CRM experience
5+ years focused on NetSuite OneWorld
Proven leadership in professional services or consulting organizations (typically 7+ years)
Strong understanding of core business processes:
Order-to-Cash
Procure-to-Pay
Record-to-Report
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Computer Science, or related field
NetSuite certifications (e.g., ERP Consultant, Administrator, Multi-Book)
Familiarity with integration platforms such as Celigo or Boomi
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities
Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality results
Ability to travel up to 25%
