Implement and support Acumatica ERP for construction and project-based organizations.
Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into system configurations.
Perform solution design, system configuration, testing, data migration support, training, and go-live activities.
Provide post-go-live support and assist clients in optimizing system usage.
Identify and resolve functional challenges while collaborating with internal technical and consulting teams.
Follow established implementation methodologies and best practices.
Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to project leadership.
Continue building expertise in one or more functional areas (e.g., finance, distribution, construction/project accounting).

Requirements

3–7 years of experience working with Acumatica as a Consultant, Power User, or in a functional ERP role.
Hands-on Acumatica implementation or support experience required.
Experience supporting construction or project-based accounting environments preferred.
Strong understanding of ERP fundamentals, including finance, distribution, and project accounting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, MIS, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a team structure.
Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills.
Acumatica certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Experience with a consulting firm, reseller, or as a controller/senior accountant is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 10% within the U.S. and Canada.
