Act as the solutions lead in sales engagements, including discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and proposal development.
Translate business and operational challenges into platform-based architectures and solutions.
Lead client workshops, business process mapping, and solution scoping sessions.
Present technical architectures and business value to stakeholders from plant staff to executive leadership.
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and client technical inquiries with structured, compelling solutions.
Design scalable MES, TMS, QMS, IoT, and operational intelligence solutions using the company’s no-code platform.
Architect integrations between the platform and ERP systems, PLCs, SCADA, historians, and other production systems.
Mentor junior architects and delivery team members on platform best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, plus 8+ years of experience in industrial software, MES, manufacturing operations automation systems or manufacturing IT/OT architecture or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated experience implementing:
- MES, WMS, MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management software), or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) integrations
- Industrial IoT or machine connectivity
- Multi-system integration architectures
Proven client-facing experience in:
- Solutions architecture
- Consulting
- Technical pre-sales or delivery leadership
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office Suite
