About the role
- Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition will own the global talent acquisition strategy and execution for Pindrop, leading a lean but high-impact recruiting team spanning the U.S. and international markets.
- Build and execute a global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business growth, future skill needs, and our organizational values.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically distributed team of recruiters supporting all business functions—Go-To-Market, Engineering, Research, and G&A.
- Partner closely with C-Suite and Finance team to build accurate headcount forecasts, align hiring plans to budget realities, and ensure the company stays ahead of talent needs through proactive workforce modeling.
- Design and optimize a modern, data-informed recruiting model, integrating AI, automation, and analytics to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
- Ensure global recruiting compliance across all regions, including EMEA, Eastern Europe and other emerging markets.
- Own and refine candidate experience, representing Pindrop’s brand of trust, innovation, and human connection at every stage of the hiring journey.
- Collaborate with People Operations, Compensation, and HRIS teams to align recruiting, offers, and total rewards philosophy.
- Oversee vendor relationships, agency partnerships, and recruiting technology stack performance.
- Partner with leadership to shape Pindrop’s global employment brand and talent storytelling across digital platforms.
- Establish measurable metrics for recruiting excellence, including diversity, velocity, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive recruiting and talent acquisition experience, including at least 3–5 years in a global or senior leadership role.
- Proven success leading full-cycle recruiting across diverse functions—engineering, GTM, research, and G&A.
- Experience scaling hiring operations internationally; familiarity with regional labor and compliance frameworks.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to advise senior executives and translate business goals into talent strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to modernize recruiting processes through AI, automation, and technology innovation.
