About the role
- Attend meetings with Clients, Account Managers, Account Associates and Transitions colleagues to capture and document client requirements
- Serve as the central coordination point across PIMCO teams
- Maintain ongoing tracking of all portfolio events
- Perform post‑implementation oversight
- Manage and coordinate requests from Portfolio Managers or trade floor teams
- Lead post‑event review sessions with stakeholders
- Execute additional day‑to‑day operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Finance‑related field preferred
- Approx. 5–7+ years’ experience in transitions within an asset manager or custodian
- Exposure to client reporting, valuations, cash flow management or market claims is beneficial
- Experience in client relationship management and/or project management
- Familiarity handling regulatory requirements and requests
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capability
- Highly organised and proactive
- Proficiency in IT skills, including intermediate Excel; coding skills are a plus
- Proficiency in German and/or Italian is preferred but not essential
