About the role

  • Attend meetings with Clients, Account Managers, Account Associates and Transitions colleagues to capture and document client requirements
  • Serve as the central coordination point across PIMCO teams
  • Maintain ongoing tracking of all portfolio events
  • Perform post‑implementation oversight
  • Manage and coordinate requests from Portfolio Managers or trade floor teams
  • Lead post‑event review sessions with stakeholders
  • Execute additional day‑to‑day operational tasks as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Finance‑related field preferred
  • Approx. 5–7+ years’ experience in transitions within an asset manager or custodian
  • Exposure to client reporting, valuations, cash flow management or market claims is beneficial
  • Experience in client relationship management and/or project management
  • Familiarity handling regulatory requirements and requests
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capability
  • Highly organised and proactive
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including intermediate Excel; coding skills are a plus
  • Proficiency in German and/or Italian is preferred but not essential
