Procurement

• In unserer Unternehmenszentrale in Mainz-Kastel unterstützt Du unser Team an der Schnittstelle von Einkauf, Fuhrparkmanagement und Digitalisierung.
• Dabei arbeitest Du an echten Projekten mit, hilfst bei der Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen und sorgst gemeinsam mit uns dafür, dass unsere Systeme und Daten effizient funktionieren.
• Du unterstützt unser Einkaufsteam im operativen Tagesgeschäft und im Order Management.
• Du hilfst bei der Administration und Weiterentwicklung unseres Procure-to-Pay-Tools.
• Du bearbeitest Bestellanfragen, pflegst Produktkataloge und unterstützt bei administrativen Einkaufsthemen.
• Du begleitest die digitale Weiterentwicklung unseres Fuhrparkmanagements und unterstützt bei der Einführung neuer Softwarelösungen.
• Du wirkst bei Datenmigrationen, Tests, Rollouts und der Hyper-Care-Phase neuer Systeme mit.
• Du arbeitest an der Verbesserung von Prozessen, Datenqualität und digitalen Workflows.
• Bei Bedarf unterstützt Du außerdem im Bereich Immobilienmanagement.

• At our company headquarters in Mainz-Kastel you will support our team at the intersection of procurement, fleet management and digitalization.
• You will work on real projects, help optimize business processes and ensure our systems and data run efficiently.
• You will support our procurement team in day-to-day operations and order management.
• You will assist in the administration and further development of our procure-to-pay tool.
• You will process purchase requests, maintain product catalogs and support administrative procurement tasks.
• You will accompany the digital development of our fleet management and help implement new software solutions.
• You will participate in data migrations, testing, rollouts and the hyper-care phase of new systems.
• You will work on improving processes, data quality and digital workflows.
• If needed, you will also provide support in the area of real estate management.
