About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You don’t want to just watch — you want to shape processes and experience digitalization in practice.
- At our company headquarters in Mainz-Kastel you will support our team at the intersection of procurement, fleet management and digitalization.
- You will work on real projects, help optimize business processes and ensure our systems and data run efficiently.
- You will support our procurement team in day-to-day operations and order management.
- You will assist in the administration and further development of our procure-to-pay tool.
- You will process purchase requests, maintain product catalogs and support administrative procurement tasks.
- You will accompany the digital development of our fleet management and help implement new software solutions.
- You will participate in data migrations, testing, rollouts and the hyper-care phase of new systems.
- You will work on improving processes, data quality and digital workflows.
- If needed, you will also provide support in the area of real estate management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are studying industrial engineering, business informatics, business administration or a comparable degree program.
- You are interested in economic contexts and enjoy working with digital tools and systems.
- You work in a structured, analytical and pragmatic way and enjoy finding solutions.
- You enjoy working with numbers, data and processes.
- You are open, communicative and enjoy working in a team, but can also work independently on tasks.
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Power Automate is a plus but not required.
- Programming skills are not required.
- You have very good German language skills.
