About the role
- Partner with Engineering & Product leaders to understand hiring needs, team context, and role expectations, and translate them into effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Headhunt top Engineering and Product profiles (Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Product Designers, etc.) through sourcing, proactive outreach, and market mapping.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the roles assigned to you, from intake to offer, including:
- Screening applications and inbound interest.
- Conducting pre-qualification interviews.
- Assessing technical and cultural fit in collaboration with hiring teams.
- Provide an excellent and consistent candidate experience, acting as a strong ambassador of Pigment’s culture and values.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, coaching hiring managers on best practices, market insights, and interview processes, and helping drive hiring decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the internal TA and HR teams to ensure alignment on processes, tools, and standards.
- Track and report on talent acquisition metrics (pipeline health, time-to-hire, sourcing efficiency, candidate experience) to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a **Talent Acquisition or RPO role**, ideally in a **fast-growing tech environment**, with a strong focus on **Engineering and Product hiring**.
- Strong **headhunting and sourcing skills**, with the ability to adapt from high-volume hiring to more **retained, niche, or senior searches** when needed.
- Comfortable working in an **RPO setup**, balancing autonomy with close collaboration and accountability toward internal stakeholders.
- **Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset**: you enjoy building, improving, and adapting recruitment practices rather than just executing them.
- Excellent **interpersonal and communication skills**, able to build trust with both candidates and hiring managers, and act as a credible advisor.
- Highly organized and comfortable using **ATS, sourcing tools, and productivity tools** to manage priorities in a structured way.
- Curious and eager to learn, with the ability to work **autonomously** in a dynamic environment.
- Pragmatic problem-solver, able to move fast, unblock situations, and make sound judgment calls.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of rigor and follow-through.
- Thrives in **challenging, fast-paced environments** with evolving priorities.
