Requirements
- Master's degree (Master 2 or equivalent)
- 7 years' professional experience in HR
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP)
- HR experience in a production/manufacturing plant is required
- Recognized for a pragmatic approach
- Strong analytical skills to identify and develop talent
- Initial experience in employee/industrial relations and a willingness for negotiation
