About the role

  • The Director of Field Integrations is a hands-on, highly organized leader responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing hospital integrations across the COVE network.
  • This includes acquisitions, de novos, relocations, expansions, and new systems implementations.
  • You’ll own the integration process from diligence and pre-opening through post-integration success, ensuring hospitals are operationally ready, compliant, and supported during their first 90 days.
  • This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and hospital leadership to deliver smooth transitions and scalable integration playbooks that support continued growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or similar certification preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in M&A integration, de novo development, or multi-site operations
  • Strong understanding of veterinary hospital workflows, licensing, and vendor ecosystems
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects to completion
  • Experience using Smartsheet or similar project management tools
  • Highly self-directed with strong accountability and organization skills
  • Willingness to travel more than 50%.
