About the role
- Deliver new customer onboarding, deployment, and implementation projects across EMEA and Asia regions
- Lead end-to-end project management of customer onboarding, deployments, and solution implementations
- Act as main point of contact for new customers during onboarding
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and sales to deliver smooth onboarding experience
- Manage scoping, planning, and execution of professional services engagements
- Ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations, quality standards, and customer expectations
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects and prioritize regional workloads
- Track project financials, utilization, and profitability of professional services
- Serve as trusted advisor to customers during critical deployment phases
- Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues when needed
- Provide regular status reporting to customers and internal leadership
- Standardize project delivery methodologies and best practices for the region
- Collect feedback to refine processes and improve efficiency
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and development of playbooks/templates for future projects
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software
- Excellence in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master certifications a plus)
- Experience managing customer-facing implementations and professional services delivery
- Excellent organizational, communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
