About the role
- Acquisition of new customers via email, post, and telephone
- Participation in active deals — from the initial inquiry through to the proposal
- Preparation of proposals in coordination with technical team and management
- Sales administration: follow-up, documentation, and maintaining order
Requirements
- More than 2 years' experience in inside sales or customer support
- Experience in a B2B context, e.g., IT, SaaS, agency, or enterprise-level services
- Ability to deploy sales and marketing measures strategically
- Outgoing, communicative, and a team player
- Career changers welcome
- Citizenship of an EU member state
- Ability to demonstrate German language skills at a minimum C2 level
