About the role
- New customer acquisition via email, postal mail, and telephone
- Participation in active deals – from the initial inquiry through to the proposal
- Preparing proposals/quotes in coordination with the technical team and management
- Sales administration: following up, documenting, and maintaining organized records
Requirements
- More than 2 years' experience in inside sales or customer support
- Experience in a B2B context, e.g., IT, SaaS, agency, or enterprise-level services
- Ability to deploy targeted sales and marketing measures
- Outgoing, communicative, and a strong team player
- Career changers welcome
- Must hold citizenship of an EU member state and be able to demonstrate German language proficiency at least at C2 level
