About the role
- Build a pipeline from scratch
- Strategic outbound via calls, emails, LinkedIn and events — smart, relevant, focused.
- Conduct discovery conversations
- You qualify leads, understand business challenges and speak with analytics, product and digital stakeholders.

- You demonstrate how Piano Analytics solves real enterprise problems and recognize when a deal has genuine potential.
- Connect sales & marketing
- Focus accounts, campaigns, messaging — you actively shape them.
- Marketing outreach
- Product releases, new features, research, news, partnerships — you use opportunities instead of templates.
- Own your network
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator is your playground. You build relationships, not contact lists.
- Keep data clean
- Salesforce, Clay, Gong, SalesLoft — clear pipeline, clean forecasts, no CRM chaos.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in outbound / BDR / BDA — ideally in an Enterprise SaaS environment
- Results-driven mindset: hunter mentality & true ownership — you don’t wait, you act
- Industry know-how: interest in digital analytics and/or industries such as banking & retail (nice-to-have, not required)
- Excellent communication skills in German (C2/native) and English (professional working proficiency)
