About the role
- Build the pipeline from scratch
- Strategic outbound via calls, emails, LinkedIn and events — smart, relevant, focused
- Conduct discovery conversations
- Sell the story — not the tool
- Connect Sales & Marketing: focus accounts, campaigns, messaging — you actively help shape these
- Marketing outreach: product releases, new features, research, news, partnerships — you leverage occasions instead of templates
- Keep data clean: Salesforce, Clay, Gong, SalesLoft — clear pipeline, accurate forecasts, no CRM chaos
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in outbound / BDR / BDA — ideally in an Enterprise SaaS environment
- Results-driven mindset: hunter mentality & true ownership — you don’t wait, you act
- Interest in digital analytics and/or industries such as banking & retail (nice-to-have, not required)
- Excellent communication skills in German (C2/native) and English (professional working proficiency)
