About the role
- Define the product vision and roadmap for Phreesia’s patient access and forms solution.
- Translate business cases into epics, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
- Build and maintain a catalog of patient access forms, with EHR prefill and electronic submission.
- Partner with engineering, design, and QA to deliver high-quality releases.
- Collaborate with manufacturers, payers, and specialty pharmacies to design integrations.
- Drive provider adoption across Phreesia’s network.
- Track enrollment lift, form completion rates, and cycle time reductions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years in product management (or related roles).
- 3+ years in patient access, hub services, specialty pharmacy, or manufacturer patient services .
- A track record of building products that solve complex healthcare challenges at scale .
- Hands-on knowledge of enrollment, benefit verification, prior authorization, and financial assistance workflows .
- Experience working with manufacturers, hubs, specialty pharmacies, or payer organizations.
- Strong understanding of provider workflows and EHR integrations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
