Define the product vision and roadmap for Phreesia’s patient access and forms solution.
Translate business cases into epics, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
Balance provider usability with manufacturer ROI needs.
Build and maintain a catalog of patient access forms, with EHR prefill and electronic submission.
Partner with engineering, design, and QA to deliver high-quality releases.
Develop AI-assisted and human-reviewed processes for scalable form digitization.
Collaborate with manufacturers, payers, and specialty pharmacies to design integrations.
Work with internal commercial teams to package offerings and demonstrate measurable outcomes.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, AKS, and other regulatory standards.
Drive provider adoption across Phreesia’s network.
Track enrollment lift, form completion rates, and cycle time reductions.
Deliver data and analytics that demonstrate value to external partners.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required
5+ years in product management (or related roles).
3+ years in patient access, hub services, specialty pharmacy, or manufacturer patient services.
A track record of building products that solve complex healthcare challenges at scale.
Hands-on knowledge of enrollment, benefit verification, prior authorization, and financial assistance workflows.
Experience working with manufacturers, hubs, specialty pharmacies, or payer organizations.
Strong understanding of provider workflows and EHR integrations.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
