About the role
- Active participation with the Business Development and Pre‑Construction teams in preparing tender submissions
- Regulatory monitoring and compliance for projects awarded through tenders
- Negotiation and drafting of contractual documents related to electricity production activity (Power Purchase Agreements - PPAs)
- Support for operational teams in charge of project grid connections
- Legal support to various departments and to executive management on energy law matters
- Negotiation, drafting and oversight of the legal aspects of construction contracts (EPC, lots, subcontracting)
- Negotiation, drafting and oversight of equipment supply contracts (modules, inverters, point-of-delivery and transformer substations)
- Negotiation, drafting and oversight of the legal aspects of maintenance contracts (O&M, monitoring)
- Assistance and advice to project teams in handling disputes and sensitive issues related to construction and O&M (drafting letters, formal notices, etc.)
- Participation in issuing and reviewing legal and contractual bank guarantees
- Drafting and distribution of topical briefs on energy law as required by current developments.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in energy law
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role
- Committed, rigorous and curious
- Professional working proficiency in English required
