About the role

  • Active participation with the Business Development and Pre‑Construction teams in preparing tender submissions
  • Regulatory monitoring and compliance for projects awarded through tenders
  • Negotiation and drafting of contractual documents related to electricity production activity (Power Purchase Agreements - PPAs)
  • Support for operational teams in charge of project grid connections
  • Legal support to various departments and to executive management on energy law matters
  • Negotiation, drafting and oversight of the legal aspects of construction contracts (EPC, lots, subcontracting)
  • Negotiation, drafting and oversight of equipment supply contracts (modules, inverters, point-of-delivery and transformer substations)
  • Negotiation, drafting and oversight of the legal aspects of maintenance contracts (O&M, monitoring)
  • Assistance and advice to project teams in handling disputes and sensitive issues related to construction and O&M (drafting letters, formal notices, etc.)
  • Participation in issuing and reviewing legal and contractual bank guarantees
  • Drafting and distribution of topical briefs on energy law as required by current developments.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in energy law
  • At least two years’ experience in a similar role
  • Committed, rigorous and curious
  • Professional working proficiency in English required
