About the role

  • Drafting, negotiation and management of internal service contracts
  • Drafting, negotiation and management of contracts relating to site occupation and landscape maintenance
  • Drafting, negotiation and management of environmental real obligations contracts (ORE)
  • Drafting, negotiation and management of partnerships with institutional counterparts in agricultural and landscape matters (Chambers of Agriculture, Federations, CUMA, etc.)
  • Legal support for all questions related to the operation of the facilities
  • Legal research and drafting of internal legal notes; preparation of presentations for teams
  • Monitoring of claims and litigation related to operations in coordination with the Operations teams and the Head of Insurance

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Master 2) in Rural Law and/or Environmental Law and/or Business Law
  • Strong interest in contract drafting
  • First experience in a similar role, with a level of autonomy in carrying out your duties
  • Versatility, tenacity, rigor
