About the role

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the delivery of digital marketing services, increase efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction
  • Supervise and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, including project managers, campaign specialists, and analysts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Proven experience 5+ years in digital marketing services, with a focus on operations management
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and technologies
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
