About the role
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the delivery of digital marketing services, increase efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction
- Supervise and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, including project managers, campaign specialists, and analysts
- Continuously assess and refine operational processes to maximize productivity and quality
- Collaborate with the client services team to understand client requirements, expectations, and feedback
- Manage resource allocation, including staffing and budgeting, to meet project demands and deadlines effectively
- Oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards of work
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operations
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to support digital marketing campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Generate regular reports on operational performance, project status, and key metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience 5+ years in digital marketing services, with a focus on operations management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and technologies
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
