Financial Planning and Analysis

• You will work closely with the FP&A manager to support organizational leaders in planning, prioritization, evaluation, and decision-making.
• You will develop, monitor, and analyze budgets, forecasts, finances, and organizational metrics, especially related to grants, contracts, and organizational agreements.
• You will deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights (budgets, forecasts, and analysis) that balance near-term realities with long-term objectives, enabling decisions that maximize strategic goals and reflect our commitment to excellence.
• You will oversee the management of budget, metrics, and overall performance on grants, contracts, and organizational agreements related to PRM’s Street Outreach efforts.
• You will maintain an intimate understanding of the performance of each Street Outreach project.
• You will engage Reporting and Data group on the design and maintenance of reports.
• You will deliver and ensure accurate data on reports and other ad hoc analysis.
• You will implement cost reduction and efficiency improvements where appropriate.
• You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle.
