About the role
- Assist and support the Phoenix Asset Management Compliance team
- Produce MI for Boards, Committees and Senior Management
- Analyse breach logs, trade logs, Forum and Committee MI to identify risk themes
- Track issues, actions and evidence arising from Line 2 and GIA reviews
- Take ownership of compliance policies, procedures, and records
- Manage enquiries to the Advisory team accurately and efficiently in line with agreed SLAs
Requirements
- Experience in compliance, risk, audit or operations within asset management
- Excellent attention to detail with a curious and proactive approach to learning
- Comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
