Location: Edinburgh. With up to the first 12 weeks in the office for training. Post training Hybrid working is available. Start date will be circa 21st July. Must be available for the first 4 weeks training.

We are currently recruiting a team of Annuity Customer Consultants to join our Advice and Guidance team.
You will support our customers who are looking to purchase a guaranteed income for life through an Annuity plan, providing guidance to customers in relation to purchasing and setting up an annuity, either through Standard Life or via the whole of market.
You will interact with customer requests on an inbound and outbound basis, via telephone, mail, email, online and utilising hybrid technology.
At the Phoenix Group, we are committed to investing in your future and we will provide support for you to obtain the role required R04 qualification within 12 months, with the potential to further add to this.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service within Financial Services, ideally with knowledge of pension products and experience of managing risk
A commitment to study and achieve Financial Services qualification R04 along with achieving full competence within 12 months
Experience of conducting customer focused conversations
Effective questioning and listening skills with the ability to build rapport with customers over the telephone
