About the role
- Provides daily service and support to resolve customer and agent inquiries and issues via telephone, chat and email.
- Communicate with a professional, positive and helpful tone.
- Assume ownership of issues as needed to guide/ensure prompt resolution.
- Troubleshoot to identify root cause and determine appropriate course of action for resolution.
- Demonstrate basic insurance coverage to clarify and instruct customers on the steps needed to reach desired outcome.
- Continually expand your knowledge and abilities through active learning and accepting and /or delivering constructive feedback.
- Deliver an outstanding service experience to every customer via multi-channel contacts (phone/chat/email), every time.
- Resolve issues on first contact whenever possible.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One to three years customer service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office or its equivalent
