Requirements
- 4-7+ years of experience in recruiting
- English proficiency both written and verbal is a MUST (A minimum of C1 Level English)
- Proven experience sourcing and placing candidates across multiple industries
- Strong LinkedIn experience with the ability to perform Boolean searches
- Ability to comprehend job description requirements and target accordingly
- Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow
- Excited to work in a startup environment and adaptable to changing priorities
