About the role
- Build and scale marketing channels from zero to one in an already established business
- Work closely with leadership to turn marketing into a measurable revenue driver
- Report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the Chief Growth Officer
- Own marketing performance tracking across website, SEO, content, and paid tests
- Build simple, decision-focused dashboards
- Run and evaluate A/B tests across landing pages, creatives, video, and messaging
- Ensure SEO directly ties to website performance, pipeline, and revenue
- Support analysis of paid tests
Requirements
- Early-career professional with real SEO experience
- Comfortable in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and outcome-focused
- Hands-on SEO experience
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Understanding of conversion metrics, CTR, CAC, and funnel performance
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
