Support analytics and reporting solutions from initial intake through deployment
Develop thin datasets connected to trusted data sources
Deliver short‑turnaround reporting with high accuracy
Independently manage lower‑complexity requests
Perform data validation and analysis using SQL
Ensure all reports adhere to established data governance, security, and visualization standards
Support new DevOps tickets with guidance
Participate in backlog refinement and task tracking
Execute functional and regression testing to ensure solution quality
Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination
Maintain clear documentation for deployed reports, datasets, and related processes
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to clarify reporting needs
Gather post‑launch feedback to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of related work experience
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
Strong SQL skills for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboards, reporting, and data models
Experience working with analytics solutions and data-driven applications
Familiarity with delivery and backlog management tools such as Azure DevOps, or similar preferred
Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is preferred
Certified LEAN Basic, Data Analytics, Project Management preferred
Experience supporting analytics or reporting solutions
Ability to translate business requirements into functional deliverables
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
