About the role

  • Drive process transformation, digital adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead change management and process transformation for the implementation of Blue Yonder.
  • Act as a bridge between Supply Chain, IT, and Analytics teams.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve performance across the supply chain.
  • Champion the Operational Excellence vision powered by technology.
  • Coach teams in structured problem solving and continuous improvement methods.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with supply chain planning solutions (SAP, Blue Yonder) and digital analytics tools (Power BI, Alteryx, Databricks).
  • Strong analytical mindset focused on Lean and Continuous Improvement, value chain optimization, and data/AI-enabled solutions.
  • Green/Black Belt or PMP certifications preferred.
