About the role
- Deliver first-line remote technical support for Hospital Patient Monitoring systems
- Manage end-to-end service cases, including call handling and documentation
- Proactively monitor connected systems to detect issues early
- Escalate complex technical issues and provide effective technical handover
- Coordinate onsite service visits and logistics
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements
- Participate in advanced training programs and continuous learning opportunities
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Biomedical and/or engineering
- At least 2 years experience within medical devices highly regarded
- Previous experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of servers and network switches
- Integrity and commitment to customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Savvy IT skills and experience with Microsoft products
- Ability to work under pressure and with attention to detail
