About the role

  • Deliver first-line remote technical support for Hospital Patient Monitoring systems
  • Manage end-to-end service cases, including call handling and documentation
  • Proactively monitor connected systems to detect issues early
  • Escalate complex technical issues and provide effective technical handover
  • Coordinate onsite service visits and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements
  • Participate in advanced training programs and continuous learning opportunities

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Biomedical and/or engineering
  • At least 2 years experience within medical devices highly regarded
  • Previous experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of servers and network switches
  • Integrity and commitment to customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Savvy IT skills and experience with Microsoft products
  • Ability to work under pressure and with attention to detail
