About the role
- lead and scale service operations initiatives across the organization
- drive alignment between strategy and execution, ensuring consistency and efficiency
- program & initiative management of key strategic priorities
- leverage data and feedback for improvement
- define and manage key performance metrics
- partner with senior leadership across Services, Sales, and Operations
- drive implementation of new processes and tools
- evaluate initiative effectiveness and adjust strategies for sustained results
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years with a Master’s degree in Service Delivery, Service Operations, or a related field
- proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization
- strong executive presence and communication skills
- data-driven mindset, with experience translating insights into actionable improvements and measurable outcomes
- comfort operating in ambiguity and balancing strategic thinking with operational execution
