About the role
- Provide IGT modality specific education and training for field staff
- Develop curriculum and program materials
- Lead training, mentorship, and development programs for staff
- Serve as a liaison to Business Unit, Marketing and Sales
- Support product innovation and quality initiatives through testing and analysis
- Represent the organization as a clinical expert at events
- Engage in up to 75% travel for duties
Requirements
- Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Current ARRT certification, or equivalent
- Modality specific advanced registry certification (CV, CI or VI)
- Six or more years of Philips clinical applications experience in the assigned modality
- Experience in adult learning process
- Expert knowledge of all applications (basic and advanced) for a current product line in the modality
- Advanced computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving, critical-thinking and priority-setting skills
- Effective communication skills
