About the role

  • Provide IGT modality specific education and training for field staff
  • Develop curriculum and program materials
  • Lead training, mentorship, and development programs for staff
  • Serve as a liaison to Business Unit, Marketing and Sales
  • Support product innovation and quality initiatives through testing and analysis
  • Represent the organization as a clinical expert at events
  • Engage in up to 75% travel for duties

Requirements

  • Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Current ARRT certification, or equivalent
  • Modality specific advanced registry certification (CV, CI or VI)
  • Six or more years of Philips clinical applications experience in the assigned modality
  • Experience in adult learning process
  • Expert knowledge of all applications (basic and advanced) for a current product line in the modality
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Problem-solving, critical-thinking and priority-setting skills
  • Effective communication skills
