About the role
- Guiding the EMC regulatory and compliance strategy in collaboration with your team.
- Defining crucial activities and requirements for recurring compliance cycles.
- Taking ownership of the System-level EMC Risk Management file.
- Crafting and maintaining system-level EMC & Radio compliance evidence.
- Developing EMC processes, tools, and providing training for EMC engineers.
- Providing support for EMC-related subsidy projects.
- Working closely with stakeholders to optimize the usability of created evidence.
- Fostering successful cooperation within your team and with stakeholders.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a professional engineering environment
- A minimum of 5 years of specialized expertise in EMC development and/or measurement.
- Proficiency in EMC standards, regulatory compliance, and adept handling of challenges with external bodies.
- Hands-on experience in new product introduction and life-cycle development within the industry while working in a global setting.
- Fluency in English.
