About the role

  • Guiding the EMC regulatory and compliance strategy in collaboration with your team.
  • Defining crucial activities and requirements for recurring compliance cycles.
  • Taking ownership of the System-level EMC Risk Management file.
  • Crafting and maintaining system-level EMC & Radio compliance evidence.
  • Developing EMC processes, tools, and providing training for EMC engineers.
  • Providing support for EMC-related subsidy projects.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to optimize the usability of created evidence.
  • Fostering successful cooperation within your team and with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a professional engineering environment
  • A minimum of 5 years of specialized expertise in EMC development and/or measurement.
  • Proficiency in EMC standards, regulatory compliance, and adept handling of challenges with external bodies.
  • Hands-on experience in new product introduction and life-cycle development within the industry while working in a global setting.
  • Fluency in English.
