- Verifying and approve mid-to-long-term supply planning schedules
- Driving strategic initiatives and overseeing the supply planning segment from request receipt to order confirmation
- Optimizing production schedules and prioritizing orders through advanced planning systems
- Leading supply planning team talent, engaging stakeholders to enhance operations
- Ensuring the integration of innovative practices into the operational framework
- Developing production plans and accurately forecast supply needs for individual product categories
- Managing resources effectively to support organizational objectives
- Continuously reviewing supply planning performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- A demonstrated ability to lead supply planners and/or Operational Materials Management (OMM)
- Deep understanding of the S&OP process, ERP systems (SAP preferred), end-to-end supply chain and demand and supply planning
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, Business Administration or equivalent field of study
