About the role
- Execute priority product launches and end-of-life initiatives to support overall business strategy
- Design and maintain a comprehensive sales enablement tooling roadmap
- Lead development of customer-facing collateral in partnership with internal and external teams
- Develop and deliver training programs in collaboration with the sales training team
- Measure, analyze, and report on program performance to guide continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Master’s degree, preferred
- 5+ years of experience creating sales enablement tools and campaigns
- 10+ years of overall industry experience
- Healthcare/Technology background, preferred
- Skills include sales enablement or related functions, sales training, marketing strategy and activation
- Must be able to perform physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
