About the role

  • Execute priority product launches and end-of-life initiatives to support overall business strategy
  • Design and maintain a comprehensive sales enablement tooling roadmap
  • Lead development of customer-facing collateral in partnership with internal and external teams
  • Develop and deliver training programs in collaboration with the sales training team
  • Measure, analyze, and report on program performance to guide continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master’s degree, preferred
  • 5+ years of experience creating sales enablement tools and campaigns
  • 10+ years of overall industry experience
  • Healthcare/Technology background, preferred
  • Skills include sales enablement or related functions, sales training, marketing strategy and activation
  • Must be able to perform physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
