About the role
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment
- Understand customers' business and competitive environment
- Participate as a member of the regional work team
- Complete administrative duties within regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 4+ years in electromechanical industries
- Preferred experience in MRI/CT
- Skills in electronic, mechanical, and networking theory
- Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- US work authorization required
