Requirements

  • Over 8 years of experience as a People Business Partner
  • Expertise in business partnering and stakeholder management
  • Proven experience in leading change and organizational transformation
  • Proficiency in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
