- Collaborates with senior management to develop and implement a People Strategy
- Utilizes diagnostic skills and business acumen to identify key people or workforce related needs
- Partners with and consults business leaders to understand their needs
- Coordinates capability development initiatives to ensure necessary skills and competencies
- Drives the people elements of transformation and change initiatives
- Builds strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders and stakeholders
- Supports the development and implementation of performance management processes
- Ensures policies and practices comply with local laws and regulations
- Provides guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
Requirements
- Over 8 years of experience as a People Business Partner
- Expertise in business partnering and stakeholder management
- Proven experience in leading change and organizational transformation
- Proficiency in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
