Develop, deploy & improve processes, tools, and equipment within global manufacturing systems
Initiate and lead process development activities
Ensure adherence to processes for product introductions, qualifications, and release
Accountable for Process Requirements based on Product Specifications from I&D and Manufacturing Requirements
Accountable for design changes in Philips factories and at suppliers driven by PDLM governed projects
Responsible for resources, planning, quality, and cost (including CAPEX) for industrialization projects

Requirements

BS/MS degree in a related Engineering field (Industrial, Mechanical, Supply Chain, Packaging Engineering or similar)
5+ years of experience operating in a complex manufacturing environment
Excellent understanding of complex manufacturing processes and related equipment
Deep understanding of Design for Manufacturing, Assembly, and Testability (DFM & DFMAT)
Strong understanding of R&D development processes and global Supply Chain operations processes
Strong understanding of plastics, plastic part development and injection molding
Demonstrated success in resolving complex issues with cross-functional teams
Robust Project Management skills (PMP preferred)
Lean Mindset (Greenbelt preferred)
