💰 $200,000 - $250,000 per year
About the role
- Understand customer requirements and provide consultative solutions meeting their needs
- Develop and own strategies for customers within assigned territory that will achieve business growth targets
- Ensure order processing, architectural service, construction, and shipment schedules to equipment installation are orderly and timely
- Negotiate solutions and close deals with mutual satisfaction to Customers and Philips
- Maintain constant communication with all internal and external parties during the progression of the deal
- Prepare for several negotiation scenarios
- Obtain clean orders at the best possible price
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of direct hospital sales experience
- Medical Capital equipment sales experience (highly preferred)
- Proven sales experience including ability to effectively prospect and pipeline, acquire new business, account manage, and effectively manage your assigned territory/funnel to meet quota/goals
- Must have a hunter mindset and thrive in the business development tasks
- Bachelor's in areas such as Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environment or equivalent
