About the role

  • Drive revenue growth and market share for Ultrasound (General Imaging, Women’s Health & Point of Care) across Benelux, with ownership of pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Develop, manage, and expand strategic partnerships with hospitals and private practices to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Lead and coordinate complex PVE/tender processes end-to-end, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, competitive, and compliant submissions.
  • Strengthen and manage the indirect channel in close alignment with the Indirect Channel Manager BNL to ensure performance and strategic alignment.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including innovative business models (e.g., D2B, Lumify, Tier 3 customers), to unlock new growth segments.
  • Execute solution selling by integrating education, collaboration tools, utilization programs, and upgrade pathways into customer proposals.
  • Support successful NPIs, marketing initiatives, and product launches to drive strong commercial adoption in the region.

Requirements

  • A clinical background in Ultrasound (preferred).
  • A proven track record in a commercial role within medical devices or healthcare, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Knowledge of hospital and private practice structures within the Benelux healthcare landscape.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is required; French is a strong plus.
