About the role
- Provide support to over 200 customers on Cardiology Informatics products
- Analyze break/fix issues with empathy to deliver solutions
- Ensure quick resolution of critical cases by transferring them to senior staff
- Maintain high technical competence on Philips solutions
- Share best practices and knowledge with the global support community
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3+ years hands-on experience in Windows Server, SQL Server, networking, and healthcare IT environments
- Strong communication skills in English and Italian
- Knowledge of HL7, DICOM, T-SQL, VMware, or PowerShell (scripting is a plus)
- Flexibility to work remotely and engage in onsite activities
