Diagnose and resolve electronic, mechanical, and network-related system issues using established tools, resources, and escalation processes
Perform preventative maintenance, field changes, installations, and corrective service within required timeframes
Travel extensively (approximately 90%) within the assigned territory to support customer sites, requiring overnight stays and occasional air or train travel

Requirements

1+ years of diagnostic imaging service experience (field or hospital-based) or 3+ years in an electromechanical service environment
Experience supporting diagnostic X-Ray, Cath Labs, or Image-Guided therapy equipment is preferred
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to apply electronic, mechanical, and networking principles to install, troubleshoot, and repair complex systems
Comfortable using a wide range of diagnostic tools and test equipment
Associate degree in electronics or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
Practical problem-solving skills in regulated service environments
Able to meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements of a field service role, with or without reasonable accommodation
